CROSSFIT

WHO CAN DO CROSSFIT?

CrossFit is for anyone and everyone!  Yes that means you!  Here at Belgrade Fitness we work hard to make sure anyone is able to get in the door and workout.  Every workout can be scaled  or modified to fit the needs of our athletes.  Our coaches are highly skilled when it comes to helping athletes get the workout they are looking for, and our classes are kept small to ensure everyone gets the time and attention they need.  Scaling workouts does not only mean scaling down, but also up; if you are an athlete looking for a little more and the workouts seems to be "easy," we are more than happy to give you a little extra, whether it be added strength, more volume, or higher intensity.

"BUT IT LOOKS TOO HARD FOR ME!"

Still have the ESPN CrossFit Games athletes running through your mind?  Take a couple of minutes to watch this video about what CrossFit really is.  Notice the people in the video, not all of them are probably what you think of when you think of "CrossFit."  CrossFit is new to most of the Belgrade community, but we are sure some of you have seen it on TV or online.  We urge you not to be convinced that it's "too hard" for you or that you need to "get in shape" before giving it a shot.  Remember, CrossFit is for everyone!

 

STRONG4LIFE

Our Strong4Life class is designed with aging, injured, and de-conditioned athletes in mind.  Please stop in or contact us for more information!

$100.00 for a 10x pass

*We understand how busy kids can be, so our classes are on a punch card basis to make it easy to work around any and all other commitments!

Growing up Strong is designed for kids of all abilities! Whether your munchkin is active in many sports or none, we are ready to accommodate them and meet them where they are! Our goal is to teach our young ones that not only is exercise fun, but an essential part of life! In our GUS classes your children will learn body awareness and control, how to work as a team and individual, and they will have a blast doing it! OPEN GYM

STAND-ALONE MEMBERSHIP

$75.00 / month

*Open Gym access only, no classes.  Our 4-session Foundations Course is required before starting.

ADD-ON TO MEMBERSHIP

$20 / month

Prefer to workout alone, can't make a class time, or looking to get some additional training in?  Open gym lets you utilize our space and equipment for your personal workouts needs!

PERSONAL TRAINING

Working with a personal coach is on of the fastest, easiest, and most successful ways to reach your goals and improve your overall fitness and health.  Some people may be uneasy about working with a personal coach because they are unsure of what to expect, what they'll get out of it, and if it's worth the financial investment.

At Belgrade Fitness, we offer traditional one-on-one personal training, strength programming, Olympic weightlifting programming, and private CrossFit coaching from our CrossFit certified coaches.  We can all use a little help with one of more movements, someone to keep us on track in our daily pursuit of health and fitness, or our personal goals may call for additional strength or specific conditioning.  What better way to work on that than with some personal attention from one of our amazing coaches?

HERE ARE OUR TOP REASONS TO WORK WITH A PERSONAL COACH:

 

A coach helps you identify and reach your goals.

Do you want to lose 25 pounds?  Improve your race time?  Improve your clean and jerk?  Climb the rope?  We will create a personalized training program for you , keep you motivated, and put you on the right path for success.

You need to be challenged or motivated.

Have you hit a plateau or are you bored with your current fitness routine and need a fresh approach to help you push through and continue seeing gains?  Are you having a hard time making yourself go to the gym?  Are there days that our class times do not work for you, but you want to get a WOD in?  Our coaches can be there to challenge your strengths, improve upon your weaknesses, motivate you, and personally coach you through a WOD at a time that works with your schedule.

You want to utilize our Open Gym time, but have no idea what to do.

Do you want to gain strength, mobility, or work on gymnastics skills but have no idea where to start?  Do you find that it is difficult to motivate yourself to complete a program alone?  We can provide you with a plan and help you execute it.

You are new to CrossFit and still a little intimidated by the regular classes.

Attend a Foundations Course to learn the lifts and common movements, and get a workout in with a coach in a one-on-one or small group setting while becoming familiar with the basics of CrossFit.

 

NUTRITION COACHING

We work one-on-one with our members on Nutrition!  Let Terri or KD know you would like to set up a free consultation and we will be happy to get you on the right track!  We offer customized programs, weekly check-ins, and accountability coaching.
